NC Concealed Carry
Students will master North Carolina gun laws/gun safety to satisfy the training requirements for a North Carolina CCH Permit. Participants learn safe gun handling, range safety and operations the different types of concealed firearms, proper care and storage of the firearm and ammunition, and an understanding of NC firearm laws. Participants also learn range safety rules and practice live firing on the range.
Participants are provided a booklet with all the training information and a written test on both the firearms and North Carolina laws. Those completing this eight-hour “firearms safety training course” will receive a certificate of qualification for a concealed carry endorsement from their county sheriff.
Participants will need to bring the following items on the day of class:
- - A clean firearm in good working order.
- - 50 rounds of matching brass full metal jacket ammunition.
- - Notebook with pen
- - Eye Protection for shooting
- - Hearing protection rated for shooting
* All of these items can be purchased through our pro shop. If you do not own these items, please let us know before the class so that we can provide these for you. Do not wait until the day of the class.

The North Carolina Concealed Handgun Permit Class is required by the State of North Carolina in order to receive a NC CCH Permit. This class covers the laws on the use of force and where the permit holder can carry a gun. This is not a self-defense course.
